One of my favorite topics to discuss with clients is how we explore love and euphoria for ourselves in a world built to break us down. Here are some glimpses of how I maintain love in my life whether through a moment in the sun, looking at art I’ve made with different eyes when the sun hits it at different times of the day, playing with makeup and clothing, or seeing myself from the eyes of my lover. On this day of visibility I want to once again remind folks that visibility does not mean safety, Indigenous folks are the first examples of gender diversity in this world, and you should ask yourself how you contribute to the protection of trans folks in your life.
