Pot roast recipe: Preheat oven to 350 2-3 pound chuck roast Season with steak seasoning 2 large onions 1 lb potatos 1 lb carrots Garlic Thyme Rosemary Bay leaves 2-3 cups beef broth 1 tbsp tomato paste Butter Red wine 1 tbsp flour 1. Season roast & brown meat in Dutch oven 2. Remove roast, adding butter, garlic, tomato paste, wine, flour 3. Add broth 4. Add veggies 5. Add roast back into Dutch oven 6. Add thyme, rosemary, bay leaves 7. Cover and place in oven at 350 for 3-4 hours 8.
