Renault Turbo 1 😎😎😎 A dream come true, I finally got to try the mythical Turbo 1! Super nice evening drive with my mates @benoittreluyer and @andre_lotterer. You know the two Ferraris they need no intro, Dede brought his gorgeous Carrera GT with open pipes, a masterpiece, can’t believe this car is almost 20 years old. I’m not quite sure about the Michelin logo on the wheels but Andre is half Belgium, half German, so the answer is probably in there somewhere.😬 His driving skill however, leave no place for discussion, the man was sideways everywhere. An animal...😜 I wasn’t expecting much from the Renault, particularly considering its age, but what a pleasant surprise. Unfortunately the turbo had an issue so we didn’t have full boost but it was still ok to dig deep into the light chassis and it was wonderful, such a playful little thing, great front end, super soft and composed and it grips!!! Put it this way, when Ben was driving it, he wasn’t far behind the big cars on twisty roads, epic! What a wonderful little machine, so cool too, looks like nothing else, a car only Renault could make, such an audacious brand through the ages. Merci la Régie 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 Elbow test score: 10/10
