MAKING MY OWN HOME🏡 — 4 years ago I came back to Indonesia for good after graduating from university. As a kid who grew up being disliked by her schoolmates and had a lot of drama, I barely had any close friends in Indonesia coming back then, especially those who were indeed close to me were still living abroad. Added on with me living in fear of rejection and that I am an introvert which make me feel uncomfortable to socialize in crowds and hate small talks, feeling like I belong is something I always longed for. Little did I know though, through the desperate needs to find that connection and genuine friendship, I pushed through my boundaries and find courage to be proactive in building relationships one step at a time. It’s a learning process, a long one at that. Yet here I am now, 4 years later, filled with so much love and genuine supportive people around me🥰 I built my own home in Indonesia, with these people and more. — After @transversemyelitis.id last year, my priorities in life changed. I prioritize spending my time having meaningful conversations and connections with the people I value in my life so much more. I prioritize scheduling quality times with these humans and I have to say— life has been filled with so much joy and happiness. to little Chiara, know that you are so loved and that I am content now. to each of these people and more (not in pictures), thank you for the friendship, the support, the conversations, and the love🤍 I hope that I have given you the same love and support in return. — and as I’m leaving this home to explore a new world out there, I am glad that i have these people who made saying goodbye so hard and that I have them I can always come back home too🤍 heart is so full🥰 #ChiaraIsGrowingUp
