Dear Harper & Knox, Before you were born, I worried about whether you both would feel enough love because we had to divide our attention by two. But once you arrived, I knew we could do it. Our hearts expanded perfectly to fit you both and I knew God gave me two hands so I could hold each of you. I pray that your daddy and I will set the right foundation for when your little twins arrive - that you will know you are fully loved not because you were the only ones, but because we will always be yours. Just like you see my belly expanding, so is my heart. And although I wish I had 4 hands, having 2 is a reminder to be present and to make time to fill these arms. I will never love you less because there are more. I look forward to seeing you be a big brother and big sister to your Littles. I know you’ll grow up faster because of your new roles, which breaks my heart a little, but also makes me so proud. We love you more than you will ever know. P.S. Please don’t grow up so fast.
