This is 57✨ Well, technically 9/9 was the official day but you know what I’ve learned? Sometimes ya just gotta not sweat the small stuff. It makes my life so much easier. THAT is my goal this year✨ To not “over task” and “over schedule” myself!✨ You fellow Virgos KNOW how hard that is😂 My first thought this birthday is just.... “THANK YOU”✨ Thank you universe for allowing me to live this long. Sadly, not everyone gets to 57. Some friends have passed way too soon💔 I am better for having known them. I keep thinking “Thank You” For all the good and the bad. I have learned so much from all of it. It has shaped who I am today. I am lucky to have survived some of the hard lessons. I work everyday to heal from them so I don’t repeat them. And I also work hard to take in the good life offers me. Allow my heart to open and let it in✨ I know that seems like an odd thing to struggle with, but sometimes I think we all get going so fast we don’t stop and take in the rich, full & wonderful moments we deserve✨ But maybe that’s just me.🤔 Thank you to every person who has come across my path. Your kindness, your support, your loyalty means more to me then you will every know. And Yes. I am even thankful to all those who have hurt me. I have learned so much from them as well. Sometimes you have to have a lot of what you don’t want, to learn what you actually DO WANT in your life. Then let those situations and people go.✨ I’ve learned that sometimes I just need to give myself a break,,, in sooooo many ways. Thank you to my friends💕 You know who you are and I love you with every fiber of my being.✨❤️✨ Thank you to my daughter for showing up and making my life just frikkin spectacular ✨ Exhausting, but spectacular ✨❤️✨ I am thankful to wake up and have another day to learn, grow and try to be a better human✨ So that’s it. THAT is how my first Sunday at 57 feels. Everyday above ground is a good day.
