I’ve raced Comrades at different points in my ultra career, and this is the best I’ve felt post-race 👍👍! I think the difference is knowing how to prepare well for the downhills, body management, and nutrition/hydration. I enjoy working with my @nakedsportsinnovations belt to carry the essentials and be self-sufficient 💦👌. Being a trailrunner and also doing so many small-loop timed events has helped Conor and I know how to troubleshoot the little things.
