Last weekend I started working with my new client James. During our first call I asked him what motivated him to book a call with me. He told me he came across Socrates’ quote and it made him think: “No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable”. I LOVED this and I could not agree more. We only have one life, and it truly is a shame if we never get to experience what it’s like to get in peak physical condition. Not just because of how our body looks and being in great health, but because of the mental changes. The confidence, the energy, the message you’re sending to the outside world. It really is life changing. That’s what a fitness transformation program is all about. If I had to start my life all over again knowing what it takes to get ripped, I would 1000% do it again.
