Worrying is like a prayer for what you don’t want. It sends the body into a state of stress and fear, signaling a series of chemicals and hormones to be released, preparing for worst case scenario. This is literally convincing your cells that the threat you fear will happen has already become a danger. Anytime I catch myself worrying about something, I am mindful of the ability to collaborate with my mind in order to communicate a more desirable response in my body. I try to redirect my thoughts to what my ideal outcome would look and feel like by asking myself 3 questions: 1. What is the absolute best case scenario for how this could unfold? 2. How will I think, act and feel when the best case scenario happens? 3. Can I release my attachment to any specific outcome and trust that things will divinely unfold? This provides an opportunity for your body + energy to become in alignment with the state of relief + joy that you seek through that desired outcome, right now in the present without having to wait for any external results to happen. Your energy will go where your thoughts tell it to go, so you might as well put your energy to work for what you want ✨✨✨ Ultimately the goal is to hold the vision for what you want while also surrendering & not being attached to any specific outcome, trusting that everything is divinely unfolding for the best interest of you and everyone around you 🙏
