5 years ago I skipped the 3rd day of ACL in Austin because I couldn’t stop thinking about you. I raced home and told you I needed you to “officially” be my girlfriend. Over the last 5 years you’ve taught me how to truly love, trust, and thrive. You’ve believed in me even when my ideas are insane. You’ve shared in my victories and helped me learn from my failures. You’ve stood by my side through everything including the entire shutdown of our world and industry. I’m so thankful for you, the friends you’ve brought into my life, your family, and all the wonderful things that come with loving you. We are so blessed to have the best friends and family surrounding us and supporting us, it blows my mind how we can be so lucky. I am so proud of everything you accomplish and I’m excited to be a stay at home dad while you’re out conquering the world one festival at a time. Most of all, I cannot wait to marry you at the end of next month. I know you’re stressed but I promise it will be the best day of our lives. I love you endlessly. I cannot wait to celebrate 5 years when we aren’t both sick 😂
