Okay, queens, now that I have your attention 😅 I wanted to share my truth with you. I generally used to believe my body wasn’t a lingerie-wearing body because I didn’t have a 12-inch waist, smooth skin, perky b00bs and toned legs. But that wasn’t true. I wish I could go back in time and buy the lingerie I had been eyeing off in the window instead of letting my body insecurities convince me it wasn’t made for someone with my body. I wish I knew that dimple-covered butts look fantastic in mesh underwear, and suspenders and thick thighs go together like strawberries and chocolate. I wish I knew that lingerie would help me own my $*xuality and release confidence within me that would enable me to love myself a little bit more. I wish I had known all of these things back then, but I didn’t, so I’m grateful I get to tell you them now. I know you’ve probably put off buying the lingerie set as the models on the websites and posters don’t look like yours. They are hairless, smooth, slender and often tall. But I want you to know that you don’t have to look like them to wear lingerie, as lingerie was not exclusively made for these bodies. It was made for all bodies. That means yours included.
