ICYMI these s’mores chocolate chip cookies are 🔥 🍪 Recipe below 🍪 🍪Recipe 🍪 3 tbs butter, melted 3 tbs brown sugar 1 1/2 tbs granulated sugar 1 egg 1/2 tsp vanilla 1/4 tsp baking soda 8 tbs flour 1/3 cup chocolate chips (I used mini) 2 graham crackers, crushed 4 marshmallows Melt butter in microwave or on stovetop and let cool. Add sugars and mix until combined. Add egg. Mix and add vanilla. Add in flour and baking soda. Mix and add chocolate chips & crushed graham crackers. Refrigerate for at least 30 mins. Form into four cookies. Make a dent in the center and place the marshmallow. Cover with cookie dough. Top with more chocolate chips. Bake at 350 for 15 mins or until golden brown and marshmallow is toasty.
