apple cinnamon oat muffins
~ ingredients:
1/2 cup oat flour
1 scoop protein powder
1 scoop collagen
1/4 cup milk of choice
2 tsp butter or oil
2 tbsp sweetener or 1/2 banana
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking powder
lots of cinnamon
pinch of salt
~ toppings:
diced apple
1 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon
~ instructions:
dice apple. combine cinnamon sugar. blend ingredients together. add batter to muffin tray, filling it 2/3 of the way. top with apples and sprinkle cinnamon sugar. bake for 400F for 5 minutes and then decrease heat to 350F for 8 minutes or until fully cooked.
~ quicker option:
microwave for 2:00 minutes
