Loved working on this Custard story in the current issue of @deliciousaus - thanks for having me! Beautifully styled as always by @kirstenljenkins and shot by the ever-talented @bendearnley and the prettiest AD/CD from the loveliest @hayleyinc - this one is a steamed marmalade pudding with ginger-spiked custard to pour over. The perfect hot-cold combo! I love a steamed pudding, but I find the traditional pudding mould doesn’t give me enough of the delicious topping, so I did this one in a cake tin instead.
