honest college update: change is always going to be hard and it’s is ok to grieve the loss of a good thing. the beauty in the struggle is that you have to cling to god because he is the only thing that will ever be constant. god has always worked in ways that we cannot comprehend and has the the power to do immeasurably more than we could ever imagine. i truly do not know where my life is going or what my future holds, but i know that i am in good hands. with that being said, i have learned that it is ok and pretty normal to feel heartbroken, confused, and uncomfortable in the process. if we stay where we are comfortable, we miss out on so much. i have seen god’s mercy and grace everywhere in this last month and have been so incredibly blessed by the people and opportunities i have been given so far. i love lcu and am so excited to see what the next four years hold. “trust in the lord with all your heart and lean not in your own understanding. seek his will in all you do, and he will show you which path to take.” proverbs 3:5-6
