Chocolate mug cake 😍
Ingredients:
50g Natural Chocolate Protein Mug Cake
70ml water
15g Protein Chocolate Spread
Optional toppings: light whipped cream, protein layered bar and chocolate stars
Method:
Add 50g of dry mix (roughly 1 3⁄4 large scoops) into a mug and combine with 70ml of water.
Mix this into a paste and microwave on for 20 seconds.
Remove from the microwave and add 15g Protein Chocolate Spread into the centre of the mug cake.
Microwave for a further 20 seconds.
Leave to cool for 30 seconds before adding your toppings (optional) and enjoy!
