Iran produced the largest number of musical instruments in the world - and now music and dance are banned. We have an unlimited number of younger people - artists, engineers, scientists. But their invasiveness and research is hidden or destroyed. Because it is against the correct regime. In Iran, families and friends always gathered for creative parties, dancing, playing instruments, reading, discussing - now we were divided into women and men and put everyone at home. It became forbidden for our woman to wear other traditional clothes, to have barely exposed hair or body. Their husbands and partners cannot stand up for them, because for this they can be charged with imprisonment or the death penalty. Our cultural heritage was distributed to other museums of the world, hidden, or completely destroyed. People had their security and all their finances taken away. But the people of Iran do not ask them to return their material inheritance. We are asking for our freedom and our culture back. 43 years of nationalism for Iran under ban. For 43 years, Iranian women have been imprisoned. For 43 years, we have been hiding to spend time with friends or play musical instruments. 43 years of shameful treatment of people. For 43 years we have been watching animals, people, culture, art being killed... We are not asking for our material inheritance to be returned to us. We just want to be a free Iran again.
