This past January I told @stephenshelesky I wanted to do something so physically difficult it resets my brain chemistry a little. There was a warmish weather window in Moab so I decided to join him in riding the White Rim trail in a day. We finished in the dark; slowly and painfully, with enough time to catch churros at the Gilberto’s drive thru. It worked :)
