I always return to simple plants and protein when I’m off routine, been eating out too much, & indulging in all the eats I missed in ny. And the farmers market mushrooms are so fresh & delicious, my absolute favorite. Oyster & shiitakes sautéed with farm butter & garlic, asparagus, tuna steak, on arugula, sunflower and buckwheat sprouts. Next time I’ll do this with a home made aioli on top 🌞 . . .
