Vast placements of touching tributes are placed in Green Park, where an official memorial flower garden has been created near Buckingham Palace. All plastic materials will be removed, and the flowers will be eventually taken to the Hyde Park nursery, where composted material will be used on shrubberies and landscaping projects across the Royal Parks.
