In her gallery on Paris’ Left Bank, @sandytoupenet mixes mid-century pieces by the likes of Jean Cocteau and Pablo Picasso with those by contemporary talent she believes in. Foremost among the latter is ceramicist duo Les Dalo, the collaboration between Daniel Derock and Loïc de Bailliencourt. Their playful work is easily recognized by the humorous faces that adorn their gracefully shaped pieces, like this enamel-glazed stoneware lamp base.
