There's a line in a Yeat's poem that's been resonating with me ever since I touched down in Scotland for what has been a most incredible experience with @glen_moray_whisky 🥃 "I hear it in the deep heart's core." A sentiment that extends itself far beyond any one relatable affinity. Beyond the beauty of the land, the welcoming of the people and the deep feeling of well-rooted reverence that stems from being in such close proximity to a whole bunch of Big Whisky Names. Names that I grew up in the industry with, so familiar I recommend them to patrons like trusted friends. It's overwhelming and all-encompassing and I'm already thinking about when I can visit again. I'm incredibly grateful to have been invited on this trip with @glen_moray_whisky not only for the experience, but for the way and reason in which I was invited, which was not just as a bartender but also as a creative. I'm excited to be able share some of the amazing activities that were curated for us by the extraordinary people that make up the Glen Moray team in a more personal and creative way. It's been wonderful to get to know everyone involved in this trip, many of them with some serious whisky pedigree and needless to say, the enthusiasm and joy in which all of us have delighted has elevated the entire adventure to not just a memory but one that will be adored forever.
