Three months of London and Luca 💕. There aren’t enough words to describe what Motherhood has meant to me, and how much love I have for these little ones. Three months of new life- even though Luca’s start in life was a bit bumpy with a heart surgery and 41 days spent in NICU, having my baby boy home and healthy with his sister has been the biggest joy. It’s been so amazing watching you both change and discover new things with each passing day...I’ll never forget the day I saw both of you smile at the same time and cried tears of happiness. We are officially starting to strike a real cadence as a family of four, and I am in constant awe and anticipation of how you both will develop and evolve as individuals and with each other. I love you both so much and I love being your Mama. And to @jordanepton, thank you for being the most incredible father and partner...you give everything to our children and still manage to give everything to me as well. I’m so lucky to have you 💕.
