Full recipe below Ingredients 3 lb smoked turkey leg comes in packages so about 2 4 tbsp butter 1 small onion, diced 2 carrots, diced 1 cup celery stalks, diced 4 garlic cloves, minced 1 ½ tbsp Roasted Garlic Better Than Bouillon Base 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp chili powder ¼ tsp ground ginger Smoked sea salt, to taste or kosher salt Freshly ground black pepper, to taste 4–5 cups chicken broth ½ cup orzo, uncooked 1 can (13.66 oz) Thai Kitchen coconut milk, unsweetened @momofukugoods Chili crunch oil fresh cilantro, for topping INSTRUCTIONS 1.Sauté the base set Instant Pot to Sauté low ,Melt butter, then add onion, carrots, and celery. Sauté 3–4 minutes until softened. 2. Stir in minced garlic, spices, and roasted garlic bouillon base. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant. 3. Add smoked turkey leg and pour in chicken broth (enough to cover). Cancel sauté mode. Seal and cook on High Pressure for 30 minutes, then natural release 10 minutes before venting. 4.Remove turkey legs and thyme stems shred the meat, and discard the bone. 5.Add the turkey meat back in turn back to Sauté (Low). Stir in coconut milk and orzo. Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until orzo is tender and soup is creamy. 6.Taste and adjust seasoning with smoked sea salt and pepper. 7.Ladle into bowls and top with chili crunch and fresh cilantro.
