Before my client I went to the gym to get my cardio in, this was 30 minutes on the stair master. Then in between my client and class I squeezed in a 30 minute non stop leg session (and partly crashed @sineadtrains PT session ๐Ÿฅน) I decided to film the workout (cue terrible angles, lighting and some assisted filming from Sinead) to show how I use my limited time wisely to burn out those legs. Raw footage feat. the genuine struggle before Bulgarian split squats and dancing in between sets (courtesy of the pre-workout) This was fuelled by @optimumnutrition_uk pre-workout (fruit punch flavour) I never used to be big on pre workout, as I found the levels of beta alanine (the stuff that makes you tingly) was way too high and it didnโ€™t agree with me. The ON pre workout has 175mg of caffeine per serving and is going to be making more of an appearance in my training now. I was still reaping the caffeine benefits way into my 10.30 class at @bodybyciarahq .
