I only got this far...
My goal was to do complete the course walking forward in a handstand- then do it backwards.
I only was able to do it forwards!!
I needed the reminder of how good it is to set goals for yourself that are a little out of reach. I tried multiple times and this was as far as I got. Which would have frustrated past me, but today it motivated me so much to work towards something. It made me remember how much I love doing this type of training and working towards a physical challenge that incorporated my full body awareness.
Here’s your reminder that it’s GOOD to set goals you can’t hit in one day. That’s how you grow. 🤍
