RECIPE:
β’ 1 Hotel Chocolat Coffee Caramel Layered Bar
β’ 200g plain digestive biscuits
β’ 250g 70% dark chocolate
β’ 2 tbsp. coconut oil
β’ 40g raisins
β’ 40g mini marshmallows
METHOD:
1. Place the digestive biscuits in a zip-lock freezer bag or something similar and bash with a rolling pin. Some biscuits should be crushed to roughly the size of a 50p coin and some crumbled to dust.
2. Add the dark chocolate and coconut oil to a heatproof bowl over a pan of boiling water and stir until completely melted and smooth.
3. Add the crushed biscuits, raisins, and mini marshmallows to the chocolate. Stir everything together until combined, then transfer to a lined baking tray and flatten with the back of your spoon.
4. Cut up your coffee caramel layered bar and then chill in the fridge overnight.
5. Slice up and enjoy immediately or store in the fridge for up to 3 days. These are perfect to have on hand to satisfy chocolate cravings at any time of the day! π€€π€€
