Today is my 19th birthday 💞 and like any self aware Leo I see no issue in wishing myself a happy birthday and posting about it on the internet! Some updates from the field: Even though I earnestly think I am going to get in a car crash everyday, I like living in Salt Lake very much. I’m back in the pool consistently with a masters club and my tan lines are even better than July 2009...! I have an office that’s NOT in my house which has been so validating and prodctive for my creative work. I’ve cut down my alcohol consumption significantly in the past 8 months, which, for lack of a better word, feels powerful. I got a Garmin watch and have told everyone that’s come within a 20 foot radius about it. It’s so fun to watch my heart rate spike when I get anxious 🤭 Follow me on Strava for updates e.g. staring directly at the sun, watching election coverage to get my heart rate up, gossiping, etc. When I moved last year someone told me “pay attention to those who make you feel your best.” Basic, but I think about it often. Grateful for those in my corner and my pocket- there are a bunch of you and I don’t take that for granted. Leo season forever, baby 😘
