What does this foodie eat when he’s not dining out? Let us show you how the @ninjakitchen Speedi helps us make a complete meal in under 20 minutes for both humans AND the pups. The Speedi is an air fryer on top and a rapid cooker on the bottom so we can easily make a 3 part meal all in one pot. We can use whatever protein, vegetables, and grain we have available in our kitchen. This is how easy it is. 1. Select the protein, grain and vegetables. We went with frozen salmon filets, jasmine rice, and frozen broccoli and peas - everything good for us and safe for the pups. 2. Season or marinate. We seasoned our salmon filets and left one unseasoned for the pups 3. Put everything in the pot. We put the salmon on the top crisper tray and the rice and vegetables in the bottom rapid cooker. 4. Use Speedi meal function. It will create moisture with steam while crisping with the air fry technology at the same time in one pot. Everything cooked in 12 minutes at 350 degrees. 5. Plate and enjoy! We topped ours bowls with cucumbers and a lemon wedge.
