ARNA BABY turns ONE YEAR OLD! Our baby girl is SO AWESOME! She’s becoming pretty crazy, she is so hilarious and seems to love danger and adrenaline 😬😅🤩😳🥰 I literally cannot believe Arna has turned 1 😭 I love this girl beyond any words, it’s amazing!! This last year has been the hardest, but most wonderful year of my life! Fuck it has been hard, I have cried & cried , & have been to the end of my ability to cope, and I’ve been scared quite a lot at those feelings I have had, but I eventually reached out and asked for help 🙏🏽 these photos don’t show the hard bits because I feel like that is just too much for instagram, but fuck me, has it been hard. I feel like the sleep deprivation is the answer to it all, having very little sleep continuously is horrendous, i for sure underestimated it, like I approached becoming a mum knowing the lack of sleep is “hard” but I didn’t realise just how messed up it can make your head!! I’m so so so proud of myself for making it this far, I love arna beyond anything & everyone told me over again to enjoy the moments becuase nothing lasts, and it’s true! 😭🥰 We carried her in the sling for 10 whole months for all her naps becuase that’s how she slept the best i knew it would end one day, I’m still feeding her overnight every night, and during the day, because now after the hard bits at the start, I really love it & im so grateful that our breastfeeding journey has been pretty straightforward 🙏🏽 She now sleeps in her pram in the day after we worked on it for a while because I was over carrying her in the sling, and now I miss the sling 😅 The next step is to try and get her sleeping longer at night because those wake ups are really killing me 😳 but I know that one day, ill@miss feeding her at night 😅 The point is, now she has turned One I really see even more how precious those early moments are, now they are gone! 😭 I felt so sad on her birthday, sad but happy and excited to watch her grow up! I’m really happy that we all managed to go to the World Cup and that I managed to race and do that in her first year, that was massive for us 🥰 Life is crazy, beautiful, wild! Love is amazing!
