I learned waterskiing in Lagos. We used to spend so many days like this. I’m super emotional today, I’m heading back to my birth place for a whole week, I haven’t been since 2011 when I went with dad one last time, a year before he passed away. This time I’m going alone, literally. I have no idea what’s waiting for me over there but I do know one thing - it’s a full circle So many amazing childhood memories and adventures with the incredible people of Nigeria.
