People seem to think they’re healthy just bc they’re not sick
Health is not the absence of sickness
SYMPTOMS or illness (physical or psychological) are messengers telling us that we need to figure something out
Constantly moody? Could it be Hormone imbalance from lack of healthy fats or too much stress?
Always stressed? Could it be a lack of downtime or not enough grounding?
Bloating or bad guts after certain foods? Might it be a stressed liver that needs detoxing or a lack of a healthy gut flora?
Feeling sick after meat? It might be Liver stress?
Brain fog? Maybe you’re Dehydrated or eating crappy food that your gut doesn’t like?
Being a troll / never appreciating or having hate in your heart? Perhaps it’s a deficiency in protein (neurotransmitters)
Until I got SickAF I didn’t realise how sick I was on the inside, or what being healthy actually meant
“You have IBS, live with it Tim” the Dr said
I ignored the signs
I learnt the hard way
I’ve made it my mission to spread awareness of the best ways to optimise ourselves. Some conventional, some not so and they can all be found @healthoptimisationsummit next June!
That’s also why I designed the Health Optimisation Digital Program (link in my bio) to teach you what to implement to give yourself the best chance of thriving (and not getting sick in the first place)
Lots of people are disease-free but
⠀
🚬Smoke ⠀
🍺Drink frequently ⠀
🍔Have a poor diet
🪑Don’t exercise
👣Don’t get earthing or get nature
We don’t realise that even though we appear fine on the outside, our poor lifestyle habits & the wrong type of food *we personally need* have effects on our inside (incl. our mental health)
That’s why so many people who think they’re healthy develop autoimmune conditions and other diseases that show up overnight
⠀
The reality is, it was not overnight
It’s a slow, gradual process of changes in the background
This eventually leads to dysfunction & left long enough can lead to disease
Put the right things IN PLACE NOW before you get ill, especially if you have symptoms telling you something
