Corona Island is not only the first-ever island verified for its sustainability initiatives by our Blue Standard, it has also achieved the highest level of recognition possible through the program, the three-star plastic-free Blue Seal. From the design and construction through to the daily operations and guest experiences, Oceanic Global vetted sustainability measures in every element. Not to mention, guests work with local community guides to help restore local ecosystems through Oceanic Global's Blue School activities like mangrove planting and coral restoration. Corona Island is one of Corona's many efforts towards improving and showcasing how businesses can operate in balance with the natural world.
