What does an Italian summer feel like? For us it's made of lazy breakfasts that end with just one more caffè; of mornings spent "a mollo" - soaking for hours in the refreshing sea. Of fresh focaccia enjoyed on the beach at noon, along with a boat trip and a picnic on board. And of course, those days always end with an Aperitivo in Piazzetta, courtesy of our Bar Manager @paologastaldo. - Cosa significa per voi l'estate italiana? Per noi è una colazione lentissima che finisce con ancora un altro caffè. Una mattina passata "a mollo" nel mare rinfrescante, la focaccia del fornaio in spiaggia, una gita e un picnic in barca.
