The multi-faceted Dutch producer @nthng_0000 returns to @delsinrecords with another four pieces of melodic, ambient-spirited techno following his 2017 label debut Turn To Gaia. Sub-Sonar opens with the beatles' melancholic reflection of ‘Looking Outside’ before drifting into the submersion chamber pulse of ‘Liberate Truth’. Guided by the hypnotic allure of dub techno, the track follows a linear path through spacious chord drops and understated drum jack. Following a similar rhythmic tract, ‘Sub-Sonar’ offers up a cloudy, sombre beatdown shot through with winsome sine wave blips. As a surprise parting shot from the rest of the album, ‘1 2 Butterfly’ shakes up the scene with a crooked breakbeat treatment which cuts an angular path through the hazy atmospheric tones which transcends the level of emotion we know nhtng for. @mould.audio presents their third installment on the imprint's Collectors Series. This will be the fifth full-length album by the label founder @rubenganev on the imprint, consisting of 7 tracks. It is by far one of the most challenging projects he's crafted in regards to his pursuit for a specific groove, space, contrast, image, depth and character. You hear the voice of a dedicated producer at heart through all tracks released. ‘Earth FF’ an album by @stone____________________ yields a delicate bouquet of synaesthetic ambience designed to soothe your nerves. The album transposes a flickering vibe to inner sanctums, painting an organically detailed vista that hinges around late ‘90s/early ‘00s illbient/trip hop atmospherics referencing classic Mo Wax / Headz, and melting out into a sanguine blyss enhanced by a patina of field recordings. With no sharp edges to snag your tumescent skin, it’s all low-lit neon, palm trees gently swaying in the breeze, eyes-rolling in the early-hours, blissed sorta gear.
