Introducing to you my Mac & Cheese Trois Fromage! The best part about making this melty mac is how easy it was to make a stretchy cheese sauce with @followyourheart dairy-free cheeses. All I needed to do was melt their cheese in a pan with dairy-free milk and that alone gave me the perfect consistency. I used their Dairy-Free Mozzarella and Cheddar shreds, and their Shredded Parmesan. These cheesy goods are lactose-free, soy-free and a great source of calcium.
