We were invited back to design the projection for the celebration of the UAE’s 50th national day. Collaborating with an exceptionally powerful group of female artists: Es Devlin, Rawdha Al Qubaisi, Shaikha al Ketbi, Maryam Al Dabbagh , Raihana Al Hashmi, Kholoud Sharafi to name a few. The piece was a floating, revolving sculpture - a timepiece calibrating 50 years between people and land. The video design inspired by and showcasing ancient UAE time keeping and innovation, renewable energy and the female Emirate pioneers of UAE’s history and future.
