One day at breakfast, Jude sits down and asks, “Who got the scepter?” I’m like... “The scepter? Is it possible you were watching Angry Runs?” A true @GMFB fan. Then he had more questions like, “How do you get a scepter?” And so I explain about @kylebrandt and #AngryRuns and Jude decides, Ok, he wants a scepter, too. Then we run into the Brandts at a local restaurant and Jude proceeds to tell Kyle that he wants a scepter and what can he do to earn it? Simple, Kyle said. You get a touchdown run in your next flag football game, you’ll get a scepter. Seems fair. Meanwhile, I cringe because.. what are the chances? And maybe he’ll be disappointed? Anyway, it’s on now.
