This burger has potential to be a really good theme park burger, but it has too much going against it. Disneyland is charging a premium price for a burger that they skimp on. Look at the 3rd carousel swipe (a video) to see how much of the burger actually is covered in pastrami. I liked the burger when I had bites with pastrami. However, about half of the burger was just a regular cheeseburger. Coupled with pedestrian French fries and this one is average. Lower quality beef patty than the previous Angus beef used, should have had cheddar cheese rather than American cheese, and more pastrami. Lots of potential though. 7/10 rating on taste; 3/10 rating on value
