2025 was a year of noticing. Noticing how tired so many of us are. Noticing how much we’ve been carrying alone. Noticing that what we’re craving isn’t more productivity or self-improvement, but more connection. This year held honest conversations about loneliness, friendship, creativity, and what it actually looks like to show up for one another in real life. It looked like voicenotes instead of perfectly packaged answers. Like community instead of hustle. Like choosing depth over noise. There were moments of growth and moments of pause. Moments where things felt clear, and moments where the only thing to do was slow down and listen. And through all of it, one thing became obvious: life feels lighter when we stop trying to do it alone. As we head into a new year, I’m not interested in becoming a “better” version of myself. I’m interested in becoming a more connected one, and helping create spaces where friendship, honesty, and belonging can grow. Thank you for being here. For listening, responding, showing up, and being part of this community. Here’s to carrying what mattered most from 2025 into what’s next 🤍
