We filled Walt Disney Concert Hall with interactive installations and activities that encouraged play and exploration. From #Thaumatropes, a 19th century paper toy, stackable character blocks depicting great women composers like #FlorencePrice, and #LiliBoulanger, to collages using vintage music sheets and botanical imagery, children and families enjoyed a morning of creativity and delightful storytelling that introduced them to the instruments of the orchestra.
