took a moment to go to the two places where I’m reminded what it feels like to find myself over & over again. To thank God for simply keeping me present. reminding me to turn inward & breathe in my light. So much power in movement. So much power in just being. We are all trying to make sense of it all. Learning to let go. To allow people to be flawed & messy by allowing yourself to be also. “Can I love deeper than a misunderstanding, a mistake, & my desire to be right?” To keep softening through the discomfort. Refuse to harden. Refuse to close your heart or to give up on love, comfort, compassion & peace. There’s nothing to resist & nothing to deny. Just be with what is occurring. You are doing enough. You are giving enough. Breathe.
