me realizing that this town has a v sophisticated modern-culture-focused marketing scheme to attract the younger, relentlessly gentrifying fashion crowd of a humble, rustic town, with an incredible surplus of competing Korean restaurants, and it WORKED because I just ordered a bibimbap 3/10 for a Korean palate, and 8/10 for a Western palate.
