I spent a long time designing this mat — about three years to be exact! So much thought went into the lines, the texture, the size and color. The diamond shape can be used for many things but mostly it serves as a reminder to open your knees in a child’s pose and allow your belly to hang. Our mat is two inches wider and four inches longer than a traditional mat and when you move on it, you can tell a difference. The mat welcomes your body allowing you to take up space 💫.
