Normal people wind down at 9pm. We start making kimchi. 😂🌶️ I promised my toddler we’d make kimchi today, and by the time I finally had a free second... it was 9pm. But a promise is a promise. So here we are, making kimchi in our pajamas! 막김치 = the “just mix it up and call it a day” kind. Low effort but still delicious.
