This should scare you. I know we are encouraged to build our online personalities and lifestyles to focus on vanity and consumption, or we get shadow-banned, but I’m begging you please take the time to educate yourself on the current state of global politics. There is a new war taking place as of the last 24h in Ukraine. Everything you do and buy is deeply tied into to the major political decisions made worldwide. Stop pretending because it isn’t your city being bombed there is no connection. Our leaders and economies are deeply intertwined and this is very bad news for our future as a collective. War is not what we need alongside a pandemic. Pray for the people of Ukraine.
