Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef 1⁄2 onion 1tsp oregano 1tsp paprika 1tsp garlic powder salt to taste 1⁄4 cup tomato paste cilantro stems 6-8 tortillas Olive oil, for brushing Shredded cheese Ingredients for sauce: 2 ripe avocados 2 to 3 limes 1⁄2 cup plain Greek yogurt or sour cream 1/2tsp Minced garlic 1/4c cilantro Directions: 1.Preheat oven to 400f 2.Brown the beef with the onion, tomato paste and spices 3.Brush olive oil on both sides of tortilla 4.Add beef to one side of tortilla and sprinkle with cheese. Close taco and add a bit more cheese on top 5.Bake for 10-15 mins until cheese is brown 6.Make the crema while the tacos bake and drizzle on after!
