holding space and solidarity for our beautiful sisters, who lost their lives, there are 4 different stories here. 1. our beautiful baby sis Leilani Dream Burley, she was a year old. her father was identified and arrested for murder and child endangerment and booked. Leilani’s mother said "he came to my home to pick up my kids, he was angry at the time but normal though. he was normal. he didn't look like he was panicked at the time at all." her body was recovered from the Los Angeles River in Long Beach. her grandmother said “she was so full of life, she loved music, books, she loved to dance, she loved giving high fives.” Leilani, hey baby sis, hey you, this is devastating, i lové you, we lové you, we will never forget you, you’ll get all the high fives in heaven. pictured here is Leilani and her beautiful mother Lynisha. 2. our beautiful little sis Athena Strand, 7 years old. a contract driver delivering FedEx packages to Athena’s neighborhood in Texas, kidnapped and murdered her. Athena’s favorite color was pink, she loved every human and every animal that she met. Her mother said "I want everyone to know Athena for Athena, not for what someone tried to make her out to be. because she's the best little girl". Athena, hey lil sis, goodness, I lové you, we lové you, we’ll never forget you. 3. our beautiful sister Shahere 'Diamond' Jackson-McDonald, 27 years old. her mother said "I just want the world to know that Diamond was my rock, my shoulder, my child whom I love with every inch of me of what I have left to give, whoever you are, you took away my gem, my Diamond, someone whom was all about her family and friends. you tore many hearts and we will not rest until we get justice. I will not sleep until you are caught." our beautiful black trans sister was shot multiple times and left face down on the kitchen floor of her apartment.
