If you want to grow your shoulders focus on:
Hitting all 3 heads of the shoulders:
- Shoulder press targets the front delts.
- Lateral raise targets the side delts.
- Rear delt flys target... well, the rear delts.
If you do 3 sets of 10-12 while focusing on increasing the weight or reps you shoulders WILL GROW!
