Many thanks to @williamsitwell for this lovely review in the @telegraphfood. He liked the boquerones (really quite exceptional); gem and brown shrimp salad (a clever mix of crunchy leaves, crawling with shrimps coated in a well-balanced mix of onion, dill and butter); lobster and chips (soft, deliciously sweet flesh with extremely good crunchy chips); and bean stew (a gorgeous, ambient mix of borlotti beans and roasted aubergine, presented with a perfect glance of oil and a pleasing crunch of almond.) Congrats to head chef Yohei and the team!
